Hardware Installation • Before installing surveillance cameras, design your system carefully and verify the location and coverage of each camera. Additionally, decide whether to run the cables through the wall/ceiling (drilling required) or along the wall/ ceiling through the cable notch on the base. •... - Page 6 To mount the MC51-C camera to a wall or ceiling Separate the base cover at the backside notch using a coin or a wide flathead screwdriver. Push the rubber feet out with a screwdriver or with the supplied screws to expose the mounting holes. Place the mounting template on the ceiling or wall and mark the drilling positions for each mounting screw.
