Installing the Gas Lines and Thermal Insulation

WARNING
Mechanically loaded connections can cause equipment
damage. Connect gas lines without load or torque.
WARNING
The gas supply piping must be leak tested before
placing the boiler in operation.

1. Wrap thermal insulation mats around the boiler
sections. Fix all thermal insulation mats with
tension springs.
2. Thread on gas lines with gasket to the burner and
torque to 37 lb.ft (50 Nm).
