channel 1, 1 for channel 2, and so on.

* [device-ip-address] is the IP address of the DVR/NVR/MDVR
Sub Stream
* [channel-number 8~15] is the channel number of the DVR/NVR/MDVR. 8 for
channel 1, 9 for channel 2, and so on.
