DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY WITH FCC RULES FOR
ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY
We, Belkin International, Inc., of 12045 E. Waterfront Drive, Playa Vista, CA
90094, declare under our sole responsibility that the product, F9L1106v, to which
this declaration relates, complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is
subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful
interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including
interference that may cause undesired operation.
Caution: Exposure to Radio Frequency Radiation. The radiated output power of
this device is far below the FCC radio frequency exposure limits. Nevertheless,
the device shall be used in such a manner that the potential for human contact
during normal operation is minimized. When connecting an external antenna to
the device, the antenna shall be placed in such a manner to minimize the
potential for human contact during normal operation.
This EUT is compliance with SAR for general population/uncontrolled exposure
limits in ANSI/IEEE C95.1-1999 and had been tested in accordance with the
measurement methods and procedures specified in OET Bulletin 65 Supplement
C. This equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance 0.5
cm between the radiator & your body.
