2.6.5 Six-axis Drive Unit – Interior Layout
■ Do not open the cover(s) of the Controller except while maintaining it.
Opening the cover(s) of the Controller is extremely hazardous and may result in
electric shock even when its main power is OFF because of the high voltage

This connector is used to connect with the MIB board in the Control Unit. For the
connection, use the Motion cable included in accessories.
This connector is used for controlling signals of the Manipulator's motor encoder.
Connect the Manipulator's dedicated signal cable.
