Pressure Relief Procedure
Follow the Pressure Relief Procedure whenever
you see this symbol.
This equipment stays pressurized until pressure is
manually relieved. To help prevent serious injury from
pressurized fluid, such as skin injection, splashing
fluid and moving parts, follow the Pressure Relief
Procedure when you stop spraying and before
cleaning, checking, or servicing the equipment.
1. Close the bleed-type air valve (E). (F

3. Trigger or open the dispensing gun to relieve fluid
pressure.

Operation Procedure
1. Place the suction tube in the windshield washer
fluid.
2. Close the fluid shutoff valve (D).
3. Turn on the air to the pump. Slowly open the air reg-
ulator until the pump is running smoothly.
4. When the pump stalls, open the fluid shutoff valve
(D).
5. For additional operation information, pump mainte-
nance, trouble shooting and repair, refer to the
pump instruction manual 307194.
