Removal of the Inductor Coil

• Remove the product from the work bench (refer 7.1.1)
• Remove the ceramic glass ( refer 7.1.2)
• The inductor coils are now exposed. (refer 2.1 for resistance readings)
• Remove the wiring to inductor being replaced
• Unclip the temp sensor from the connector which is between the wiring
terminals (1000 Ohms @ 24.5ºC)
• The inductor sits on locating pins, lift up to remove.
• Reassemble in reverse order

Removal of the Touch Controller

• Remove the product from the bench (refer 7.1.1)
• Remove the ceramic glass ( refer 7.1.2)
• The Touch controller is now exposed
• Remove the wiring harness to the power board
• Lift the controller up off the locating pins to remove
