4. VFD DOESN'T DISPLAY

No VFD Display occurs when you power on the unit.
4-1. Solution
Replace Q952, ZD950, ZD951, FR950 on SMPS board.
4-2. How to troubleshoot (Countermeasure)
1) FL+, FL-, VKK Abnormal: Check CN902 pin11, 12, 13 of SMPS board.
2) Q952, ZD950, ZD951, FR950 and around components. --> Replace these.
