Section 4 - Configuration
On the VoIP / Fax Settings page, you can specify data receipt/transfer settings for the machine connected to the FXS port of the router.
T.38
Enable T.38 Toggle the switch to allow support of the T.38 protocol. If the switch is
support moved to the right, the Support SoftX3000 switch, the Port field, the
Fax/Modem determination drop-down list, and the Enable custom
parameters switch will be displayed on the page.
Support Toggle the switch to the right to let the router support SoftX3000.
SoftX3000 If the switch is moved to the right, the Port field will be unavailable
for editing.
Port
The router's port for data transfer via T.38.
Fax/Modem
From the drop-down list, select a mode of fax/modem signal
determination detection.
Enable custom Toggle the switch to the right to specify additional parameters for
parameters T.38. After doing so, the Custom parameters T.38 section will be
displayed on the page.
