Cause and/or Corrective Actions
• The viewfinder lens is not adjusted.
m Adjust the viewfinder lens. (p. 27)
• The contrast between the subject and background is too
high. The digital camcorder is not malfunctioning.
m Change locations.
• The digital camcorder is not malfunctioning.
• The video heads may be dirty.
m Clean the heads using the Sony DV-12CL cleaning
cassette (not supplied). (p. 86)
