OPENING/CLOSING OVERHEAD WINDOW
Opening
1. Move lock levers (1) toward center of window.
2. Hold handle (2) and lift window until it rises upright.
With the window positioned upright, it will be secured
in position by dampers (3).
Closing
1. Hold handle (2) and pull window down until "click"
sound is heard from locks (1).
Note that the overhead window can be used as an
emergency exit.

(Clear Hatch: If Equipped)
Opening

Note that the overhead window can be used as an

IMPORTANT:
•
Replace the clear hatch with a new one every 5
years even if undamaged. In case it was remarka-
bly damaged or has received severe shock loads,
replace it even if it has been not in use for 5
years.
•
When cleaning the clear hatch, use a neutral de-
tergent. If acidic or alkaline detergent is used, the
clear hatch may become discolored or crack.
•
Keep organic solvent away from the clear hatch.
Failure to do so may cause the clear hatch to be-
come discolored or crack.
