Chapter 5 Secure Your Network
• To hide the SSID:
1. Toggle on Hide SSID, so the SSID will not be displayed when you scan for
wireless networks.
2. Tap Save.
Note:
If the SSID is hidden, it will not be displayed on your wireless device when you scan for local wireless
networks. And you need to manually enter the SSID to join the network.

Block Unwelcome Devices

This feature allows you to restrict unwelcome devices to accessing the wireless
network of your Mobile Wi-Fi.
1. Open your tpMiFi app and log in with the password you set.
2. Go to Clients or tap Clients on the Home page.
