Detailed Parameters
The DriveRack™ units (240 and 241) offer complete editing flexibility, by offering in-depth con-
trol over every parameter within each effect module. The following section will provide you
with descriptions and explanations of all parameters within the DriveRack™ units.
The signal routing begins at the INPUT ROUTING block of the DriveRack™ units.
is configured as a mixer. These parameters are user adjustable on all programs. Please see sec-
tion A.9 of the Appendix section for a complete input signal routing diagram.
Input
This parameter is used to select the input channel. Notice that both channel 1 and channel 2
are available for editing when the input module is selected.
Level -Inf to 20dB
This parameter is used to adjust the level for the selected channel.
Master level -Inf to 20dB
This parameter is used to control the overall output level of the mixed input signals.
The 240 and 241 DriveRack™ Pre-Crossover EQ sections may be configured as a single 31 band
graphic or 9 band parametric. For more information on these configuration options, please see
section 3.5B.
4.2.1 - 31 BAND GRAPHIC EQ (G)
EQ On/Off
Turns the GEQ on and off.
Flatten/Restore
This parameter either flattens the GEQ or restores the GEQ to the last saved shape. The
DriveRack unit allows you to leave the EQ edit window and return without losing the edited
EQ settings.
Frequency (F) 20Hz to 20kHz
This parameter allows you to select any one the 31 available frequencies.
Gain (G) -12 to +12 dB
This parameter allows you to adjust the level of any one of the 31 bands of the GEQ in .5 dB
increments.
4.2.2 - PARAMETRIC EQ (P)
EQ On/Off
Turns the PEQ on and off.
Type Const Q
Const Q operates similar to an analog graphic EQ where the Q is constant regardless of cut or
boost.
