SERVICE PROCEDURE

CHECK AIR CONDITIONER COMPRESSOR BELT TENSION, ADJUST

CHECKING
1. Remove front cover (1).
2. Remove cover (2).
3. Press the belt with a finger force of approx. 98 N {10 kg} at a
point midway between compressor pulley (3) and water pump
pulley (4).
Standard deflection (A): 13 - 15.5 mm (0.5 - 0.6 in)
