This appendix describes how to confirm the port number and WWN information of
this device where the error occurs using the error information of the ETERNUS
multipath driver.

Confirm the event log information.
The port number corresponding to the card that detects the error is recorded in the event log
of the multipath driver.
In the following case, "3" is specified as a port number.

Search the port number confirmed in step 1 from the two devices
displayed on the following screen.
Ex.) When the port number is "3"
1. Select the card name in the "HBAnyware Utility" screen.
2. Click "Adapter Details" tab, and confirm that the end of the "OS Device Name" is
"3".

Confirm WWW information of the port that detects the error.
In the case of the above screen, "10:00:00:00:C9:51:A7" is WWN information.
