F. Resolution adjustment-((2)) (In case there is a
resolution unbalance between the front and rear
sides or blur is seen in one side of the copy)
Check and make adjustment in the following way if there is an un-
balance between front and rear sides.
Check item
Make sure that the protrusion at two locations of the lens hood is
firmly fit in the square holes of the lens baseplate.
Adjustment procedure
1. With the procedure mentioned in the resolution adjustment-((1)),
set the front frame side resolutions equal.
2. Loosen the No.4/5 mirror unit shaft adjusting plate holding screw
and move the plate right and left to equalize the resolutions on the
rear frame side. (With this, the resolutions on the rear frame side
change.)

G. Magnification ratio adjustment
Adjustment procedure
1. Check the magnification ratio after making a copy of the scale in
the normal mode.
Copy size/original size x 100%
2. If the copy is too large: Shift the lens hood location (lens position)
towards the No.4/5 mirrors unit side.
If the copy is too small: Shift the lens hood location towards the
paper exit side.
NOTE: If the copy is 1% larger, shift the index on the lens hook
1.7mm towards the No.4/5 mirrors unit side.
