Remote alarm: Enables the configuration of the sequence LWD alarm or intentional alarm. 5
parameters to be configured:
- SMS: Recipient to which an SMS is sent (up to 5 recipients)
- Call: Recipients who are called (up to 5 recipients)
- Retry time: Waiting period after which the SMS and calls occur again
- Permissible inbound number:
Only this correspondent can call the mobile phone during the alarm
- Marker: Enables the configuration of the signal tone sent from the phone's loud
speaker during the remote alarm.
Additional problems: The recipient of the ‚battery level low' SMS can be configured here.
Parameterising alarms via SMS
The alarm settings can be processed externally using an SMS message protocol. This protocol
is described in a separate manual.

GPS

In order to achieve optimal satellite position, the mobile phone must be outside in an area free
of obstructions and interference. The time until initial position determination (Time to First Fix,
TTFF) can take a few minutes, depending on reception. The blue GPS symbol displays the
reception status.
10. Position finding (Version
This function determines the position of the terminal by means of periodic transmission of SMS
messages with GPS data.

Authorisation acceptance during position finding requests

The position finding request is automatically accepted or rejected by the mobile phone. By
default, the terminal accepts position finding requests. In the Settings menu, select the option
Customise, then Security, and finally Position Finding in order to authorise the acceptance or
rejection of position finding requests.
If position finding is started or stopped from the outside, the user will be notified by means of a
message.
