Installing a server blade
The HP ProLiant BL45p Generation 2 Server Blade occupies two bays in the server blade enclosure. Two
blanks must be removed before the server blade can be installed.
Remove a 6U server blade blank.
1.
Repeat for the second server blade blank.
2.
Press the release button and open the server blade handle.
