Description
(1) Receive the NTSC color bar signal.
(2) Select the STANDARD mode with [VIDEO STATUS]
key.
(3) Select the FULL mode.
(4) Confirm that the COLOR TEMPERATURE is set at
the LOW.
(5) Select 1.PICTURE/SOUND from the SERVICE
MENU.
(6) Set the initial setting value of the < S03 > (BRIGHT).
(7) If the brightness is not the best with initial setting
value, make fine adjustment of the < S03 > until you
get the best brightness.
(8) Press the [MUTING] key to memorize the set value.
(9) Select the THEATER mode with [VIDEO STATUS]
key.
(10) Repeat the steps 5. to 8. as above.
(11) Input the 480i component color bar signal.
(12) Repeat the steps 2. to 10. as above.
(13) Input the 1080i component color bar signal.
(14) Repeat the steps 2. to 10. as above.

the LOW.
(5) Select 1.PICTURE/SOUND from the SERVICE
MENU.
(6) 6.Set the initial setting value of the < S04 >
(CONTRAST).
(7) 7.If the contrast is not the best with the initial setting
value, make fine adjustment of the < S04 > until you
get the optimum contrast.
(8) Press the [MUTING] key to memorize the set value.
(9) Select the THEATER mode with [VIDEO STATUS]
key.
(10) Repeat the steps 5. to 8. as above.
(11) Input the 480i component color bar signal.
(12) Repeat the steps 2. to 10. as above.
(13) Input the 1080i component color bar signal.
(14) Repeat the steps 2. to 10. as above.
