Issue
The floor of the
refrigerator section is
wet.
Food has frozen
together.
There is no audible
alarm even though the
appliance door has
been open for a long
time.
Cause and remedy
The condensate drain hole is blocked.
 Clean the condensate channel and drain hole.
The food packaging was not dry when placed in the
freezer.
 Use a blunt instrument, e.g. a spoon handle or
plastic scraper, to prise it apart carefully.
This is not a fault. The alarm was switched off in
Settings mode. If you want to switch the audible
alarm back on:
 In Settings mode , use the  or  sensor
control to scroll to the  symbol.
 Touch OK.
 Use the  and  sensor controls to select the
volume you want for alarms and buzzers.
 Touch OK.
 appears in the display when the alarms and
buzzers are switched on.
