Failure to follow these warnings and the instructions could result in

• This product is not safe for sleep.
FALL HAZARD: To help prevent falls, do not use this product when
the infant begins to push up on hands and knees or weighs over 20 lb
(9 kg) (approximately 5 months of age), whichever comes first.
FALL HAZARD: Infants have suffered skull fractures falling while in
and from floor seats.
• Always check that the base platform/seat is securely locked on
the support frame.
• Child's activity can move product. NEVER place product on
counter tops, tables, or any other elevated surface.
• NEVER use as floor seat on an elevated surface. Use ONLY on
the floor.
• ALWAYS use restraints. Adjust to fit snugly.
• NEVER lift or carry child in the floor seat with frame.
• Use ONLY with a child that is able to hold their head up
unassisted. (approximately 4 months of age).
• ALWAYS keep child in view while in product.
• Use product with only one child at a time.
• Always keep the product away from hazards in the area that may
injure your child.
• Inspect the area where the product will be placed for sharp objects
or irregular surfaces.
• Do not place product on a wet or moist surface.
• Read all instructions before use of the product.
• Keep instructions for future use.
• DO NOT use the product if it is damaged or broken.
STRANGULATION HAZARD:
• Strings and cords can cause strangulation. Keep strings and cords
away from child.
