•Yes : LED on the folder cover blinks RED
if the phone is in a NO SVC area, blinks
GREEN if the phone is in standby and
blinks between RED and GREEN while a
call is in progress.
•No : LED on the folder cover blinks RED
when the phone is powered on or when
the user ends a call and blinks RED and
GREEN only when there is an incoming
call or if you are trying to make a call.
