Preparing the Machine
1. Park the machine on a level surface.
2. Lower the cutting units.
Removing the Current Wheels
1. Slightly loosen the wheel nuts with the machine on the ground.
2. Raise the machine and support it with jack stands with the specified lift capacity; refer to the Operator's
Manual for your machine.
3. Remove the wheels.
Installing the New Wheels
1. Install the new wheels with Kevlar
2. Secure the wheels with the wheel nuts.
3. Remove the jack stands and lower the machine to the ground.
4. Tighten the nuts on the front wheel assembly to 200 N∙m (147.5 ft-lb).
5. Tighten the nuts on the rear wheel assembly to 100 N∙m (74 ft-lb).

3. Engage the parking brake.
4. Shut off the engine and remove the key.
5. Wait for all moving parts to stop.
