PROBLEM
Pump Pressure Builds
Very Slowly Or Not At All.
Controller Does Not
Operate.
Pump On LED Lights, But
Load Connected To

Energized, But Pump On
LED Does Not Light.
Bearing Points
Excessively Lubricated.
Bearing Points Are Not
Sufficiently Lubricated.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
No signal at solenoid.
No electric power to controller.
Printed circuit board failure.
Printed circuit board failure or key-
pad failure.
Controller memory mode is off.
Injector output adjustment setting
too high.
Timer/controller cycle time setting
too low.
Injector output adjustment setting
too low.
Timer/controller cycle time setting
does not deliver lubricant often
enough.
System too large for pump output.
Automatic Lubrication System
SUGGESTED CORRECTIVE ACTION
Check timer.
Turn on electric power to pump. Power
LED must light, pump on LED must light
when manual lubrication is pressed.
Remove and replace.
Remove and replace.
Switch controller memory mode to on.
Readjust to lower setting.
Set to longer cycle time or re-evaluate
lubrication requirements.
Readjust injector output setting.
Set to shorter cycle time or re-evaluate
lubrication requirements.
Calculate system requirements per
planning manual.
