DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURE
SPEAKER GRILLE
1. Remove 4 screws marked
2. Remove the SPEAKER GRILLE.
SPEAKER
Remove the SPEAKER GRILLE
1. Remove 4 screws marked
2. Remove the SPEAKER.
3. Disconnect the speaker wire from speaker terminal.
FRONT BOARD
Remove the SPEAKER GRILLE.
1. Remove 4 screws marked
2. Remove the FRONT BOARD.
CONTROL BOX
Remove the SPEAKER GRILLE.
1. Remove 4 screws marked
2. Disconnect the connector W , PS , H on the POWER SW
PWB.
3. Disconnect the connector G , F , X , R , H on the FRONT
CONTROL PWB.
4. Remove the CONTROL BOX.
SCREEN ASS'Y
Remove the SPEAKER GRILLE.
Remove the CONTROL BOX.
1. Remove 2 screws marked
front side.
2. Remove 2 screws marked
front side.
3. Remove 12 screws marked
4. Remove the SCREEN ASS'Y.
NOTE :
Place the screen with face upwards on a flat stand.
Because of the large size, at least two parsons are
recommended for removal and reassemble.
Use core not to scratch the screen during work.
During assembly, be sure to engage the left and right tabs
with the cabinet mounting positions.
When than sporting the SCREEN ASS'Y, avoid grasping the
top of the screen panel, instead grasp the left and right areas.
