    SET UP INSTRUCTIONS Open the box and remove the treadmill. Remove the plastic wrap from the treadmill. STEP STEP Set up the treadmill. Gently lower the treadmill to the floor. Grip the lift handle, located underneath the running deck. Grip the handlebars and push down until a “click” sound is heard, locking the handlebars into place.
