Do not dig within 91 cm (3 ft) of the backhoe or
stabilizers.

Do not overload the machine capacity by
attempting to use the backhoe too fast.
•
Check for overhead clearance (i.e., electrical
wires, branches, and doorways) before driving
under any objects and do not contact them.
Safety and Instructional Decals
Safety decals and instructions are easily visible to the operator and are located near any area
of potential danger. Replace any decal that is damaged or missing.
1. Crushing hazard, backhoe—keep bystanders away from
the backhoe.
1. Lock the boom before transporting the backhoe.

Safety

Check fasteners at frequent intervals for proper
tightness to ensure that the equipment is in safe
operating condition.

Refer to the Operator's Manual for important
details if you store the attachment for an extended
period of time
•
Maintain or replace safety and instruction labels,
as necessary.
