5 Note the time when the blockpool verify completed.
The blockpool verification script can be run during normal operations;
however, it is expected to degrade the de-duplication performance by
roughly 40% and also it is expected to take roughly 30 minutes per 1 TB
of blockpool size.
To run the blockpool verify script:
1 Connect to the DXi6902 Node (see
on page 30).
2 At the command prompt, type the following command and press
<Enter>:
/hurricane/blockpool/bin/blockpool verify
+Dclusters_fast +Nlocal@localhost &
3 The following output displays:
N: Verifying cluster tree (fast)...
