In the event of a lights out or brown out event, the following sequence occurs:
v The system is up and running typical applications.
v A lights out or brown out event occurs. The system shuts down then restarts
v All nodes turn on to the last known state (On/Off). If the last known state is On,
v Log files show system restart events on nodes and on Remote Supervisor
