    When connected to a Mitel Networks 3300 Integrated Communications Platform (3300 ICP) via the Mitel Networks 5700 Voice First Application (5700 VFA), you can use the 5750 DVA with the Mitel Networks 5020/5220 IP Phone and 5310 IP Boardroom Conference Unit. Making videoconferences then becomes as easy as making a voice call, then pressing a key to add video to the call.

    Make sure that the 5750 DVA appliance is turned on. If the 5750 DVA appliance was not turned off since the last time it was used, the message will not appear. The appliance should operate correctly.
  • Page 54 PROBLEM: The display of the local video freezes during a call. SOLUTION: Press the 5750 DVA’s power switch off and then on again. After the “USB device starting” message finishes running, the call is resumed.
  • Page 55 PROBLEM: You cannot hear the remote side. SOLUTION: Make sure that the 5750 DVA’s volume is high enough. Press the + button on the appliance to raise the volume.
