OPERATION
uSing the t 535 – Speaker Setup menu

LEVEL

From [Speaker] menu, scroll to the [Level] option to setup the volume levels
of the individual speakers at a range of 0dB to -12dB.
Press
to set the desired volume levels for Front L, Center, Front R,
Surround L and Surround R speakers or Subwoofer.
teSt tone
A test tone can be enabled to help you judge the volume level of each
speaker.
1. Scroll to [Test Tone].
2. Press
to select [Off ], [Manual] or [Auto].
off : No test tone output
manual : Enable test tone manually. During the test tone, you can
adjust the volume level while at each channel.
auto : Test tone automatically cycles through each channel. Test tone
cannot be interrupted and stops only after subwoofer test.
3. For [Auto], select [Yes] when the confirmation screen appears.
4. For [Manual], press
output the test tone.
reSet
The Speaker Level settings can be reset to their initial factory settings by
selecting [On] at the [Reset] option.
When [On] is selected, the confirmation screen appears.
Select [Yes] to reset the setting, and then press ENTER. The [Level] settings
are now reset to their initial factory settings.
Select [Off ] for the settings to remain unchanged.

SACD CONFIGURATION

There are three preset speaker configurations for SACD discs. The following
table specifies which speakers are set to Large, Small or turned OFF based
on the configuration setting.

CUT-OFF FREQUENCY

You can select a cut-off (cross-over) frequency for all low-frequency
signals. The selectable cut-off frequencies are – 60, 80, 100 and 120(Hz). All
frequencies below the selected frequency are sent to subwoofer out.
