1. From the Home screen, tap
screen mode.
2. Tap the pull-down dropbox and select one of the
following options:
• Basic mode: provides conventional layout for the apps and
widgets on your home screens.
• Easy mode: provides easier user experience for first-time
smartphone users on the home screens.
3. Tap Apply.

Blocking mode

This mode allows you to block incoming calls, notifications,
alarms, and indicator lights during a specific time period.
1. Tap the ON/OFF slider, located to the right of the
Blocking mode field, to turn Blocking mode ON
.
2. In the Features area, tap the selection box to select or
deselect (add or remove checkmark):
• Disable incoming calls
• Disable notifications
• Disable alarm and timer
• Disable LED indicator

3. In the Set time area, tap the Always selection box or tap
From and To and set a time period.
4. In the Allowed contacts area, tap Allowed contacts and
select None, All contacts, Favourites, or Custom.
5. If you selected Custom, the Allowed contact list screen
opens. Tap Add, select the contacts you want to allow,
then tap Done.

Sound Settings

From this menu you can control the sounds on the phone.
From the Home screen, tap
The following options display:
Volume
The Volume option allows you to change the volume for all
phone sounds in one easy location.
1. From the Home screen, tap
➔ Volume.
2. Touch and drag the slider to adjust the sound volume for
Media, Ringtone, Notifications, and System.
3. Tap OK.
➔ Settings ➔ Sound.
