REFRIGERATOR INSTALLATION
HOW TO REMOVE THE FREEZER DRAWER
WARNING
Be careful of sharp hinges on both sides of the
drawer.
Do not sit or stand on the freezer drawer.
Keep children and pets away from the empty
drawer. Do not leave the drawer open. If the
storage bin is removed from the freezer drawer,
there is sufficient space for a small child or pet to
crawl inside.
CAUTION
Before you begin, remove food and bins from the
door and drawer.
Use two or more people to remove and install the
refrigerator door and freezer drawer.
When you lay the drawer down, be careful not to
damage the floor.
1. Pull the drawer open to its full extension.
2. Gently lift out and remove the ice bin.
3. Lift the front of the pullout drawer up, then pull the
drawer straight out.
4. Remove the Durabase basket from the rails. Remove
the screws from the rails at both ends.
5. Grip both sides of the drawer and pull it up to remove
it from the rails.
CAUTION: Do not hold the handle when removing
or replacing the drawer. The handle could come off,
causing personal injury.
6. Hold both rails and push them in simultaneously.
