You must turn on call waiting to use the feature. To turn call waiting
on or off:

Diverting a Call

You can divert your phone's incoming voice, fax, and/or
data calls directly to another phone number.
Set Up or Cancel Call Divert
The divert options for voice, fax, or data calls are:
divert all calls
divert calls if your phone is
unavailable
set different divert numbers if you are
out of range, unable to answer, or
busy (voice calls only)
do not divert calls
