Connecting Peripheral Equipment
7. DisplayPort output terminal
• The screen displayed on this monitor and the audio output
from this monitor can be output to an external device.
• Use a commercially available DisplayPort cable
(conforming to the DisplayPort standard) that supports
4K.
• Outputting HDCP-encrypted video requires an external
device which supports HDCP.
TIPS
• The length of the signal cables or surrounding environment
may affect the image quality.
• Video output is disabled in the following cases:
When the power is turned off.
When the monitor is in input signal waiting mode.
• This terminal does not support HDR signals.
The output device's screen will not be displayed properly.
8. Audio output terminal
• The output sound varies depending on the input mode.
• The volume of the output sound can be fixed by setting
AUDIO OUTPUT of AUDIO OPTION on the SETUP
menu.
• It is not possible to control the sound output from the
audio output terminals with the AUDIO menu.
9. Wireless LAN antenna terminal
• Attach the supplied wireless LAN antennas.
10. LAN terminal
• You can control the monitor from a computer on a network
by connecting a commercially available LAN cable
between this terminal and a network.
11. USB port
• This is used in APPLICATION mode. For details, see the
Software Guide.
12. microSD card slot
• This is used in APPLICATION mode. For details, see the
Software Guide.
13. USB hub (for computer) (USB 2.0 compliant)
• You can connect a commercially available USB mouse or
USB keyboard as a USB hub of the computer connected
to TOUCH PANEL1 terminal / TOUCH PANEL2 terminal*.
* W hen the input mode is changed, this will change to
the terminal set with TOUCH INPUT SELECT on the
SETUP menu.
Caution
• Do not connect a storage device such as a hard drive or
memory device. When the input mode is changed, the
connection will be broken and data may be corrupted.

14. TOUCH PANEL1 terminal (for touch panel)
15. TOUCH PANEL2 terminal (for touch panel)
• To use the touch panel with a computer, connect the
touch panel to the computer with a USB cable.
• In TOUCH INPUT SELECT on the SETUP menu, you can
set the terminal connected to the computer for each input
mode.
• It is possible to use the terminals for separate purposes;
for example, using the TOUCH PANEL2 terminal to
connect a fixed computer and using the TOUCH PANEL1
terminal to connect a mobile computer.
To use the TOUCH PANEL2 terminal, go to the SETUP
menu and change the TOUCH INPUT SELECT setting for
the terminal used to TOUCH PANEL2.
16. External speaker terminals
• To use external speakers, set SPEAKER SELECT to
EXTERNAL in AUDIO OPTION on the SETUP menu.
• Be sure to use external speakers with an impedance of
6 Ω or greater and a rated input of at least 10 W.

1. While pushing the tab, insert the tip of the cable.
2. Release the tab.
TIPS
• Be sure to connect the + and - terminals and the left and
right speakers properly.
• Avoid short circuiting the + and - terminals.
• When SPEAKER SELECT is set to EXTERNAL, the
internal speakers are disabled.
