SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

In the interest of your safety and to ensure
the correct use, before installing and first
using the appliance, read this user manual
carefully, including its hints and warnings.
To avoid unnecessary mistakes and acci-
dents, it is important to ensure that all
people using the appliance are thoroughly
familiar with its operation and safety fea-
tures. Save these instructions and make
sure that they remain with the appliance if
it is moved or sold, so that everyone using
it through its life will be properly informed
on appliance use and safety.

the precautions of these user's instruc-
tions as the manufacturer is not responsi-
ble for damages caused by omission.
During manufacture, this appliance has
been built in accordance with the stand-
ards, directives and/or regulations apply-
ing to its use on French territory.
For the safety of person and property,
as well as out of respect for the envi-
ronment, you should first read care-
fully the following recommendations
before making any use of your appli-
ance.

To avoid any risk of damage to
the appliance, transport it in its
operating position and with its
packing blocks in place (depend-
ing on the model). While unpack-
ing the appliance, and to avoid the
risk of suffocation or physical in-
jury, keep the packaging materials
out of the reach of children.

To avoid any risk to fixtures and
fittings, risk of structural damage
or of physical injury etc., any in-
stallation work, connections (to
water, gas, electricity and air ex-
traction depending on the model),
setting up and maintenance of
your appliance must be carried
out by a qualified service techni-
cian.

signed for use by adults. It is in-
tended for normal domestic use.
Do not use it for commercial or in-
dustrial purposes or for any pur-
pose other than that for which it
was designed. This way, you will
avoid risks of harming persons or
damaging property.

Before carrying out any manual
cleaning operation, disconnect the
power supply. Use only products
that are non-corrosive or non-
flammable. To avoid a risk of elec-
trocution, never spray water or
steam onto the appliance.

If your appliance is fitted with light-
ing, disconnect the appliance from
the mains supply before changing
the light fitting bulb (or neon tube,
etc.) to avoid electrocution.

To avoid risks of explosion or fire,
do not put inflammable products
or items wetted with inflammable
products inside, near or on the
appliance.
CAUTION!
When disposing of your appliance,
to eliminate any risk of physical
harm or damage, disable anything
which might cause a hazard: cut
off the mains cable close to the
appliance. Find out about your lo-
cal authority's authorised facilities
for disposing of your appliance.
CAUTION!
Pay attention to the "cold chain"
from the point where an item of
food is acquired up to its con-
sumption, to avoid this risk of food
poisoning.
