Troubleshooting

If you have any problem while viewing your projection TV, please check the following
troubleshooting guide. If the problem persists, contact your Sony dealer.
Symptom
• The connection is
Snowy picture
loose or the cable is
damaged.
• Channel presetting
is inappropriate or
incomplete.
Noisy sound
• The antenna type is
inappropriate.
• The antenna
direction needs
adjustment.
• Signal transmission
is low.
Distorted picture • Broadcast signals
are too strong.
Noisy sound
• The TV system
Good picture
setting is
inappropriate.

• The sound of the right
picture is selected
when TWIN pictures
are displayed.
Possible cause
• Check the antenna cable and
