UNPACKING
 Carefully remove the product from the carton and place
on a level work surface.
 Cut tie-wraps before operating.
WARNING:
Do not use this product if it is not completely assembled
or if any parts appear to be missing or damaged. Use of
a product that is not properly and completely assembled
could result in serious personal injury.
 Inspect the product carefully to make sure no breakage
or damage occurred during shipping.
 Do not discard the packing material until you have care-
fully inspected and satisfactorily operated the product.

SETTING UP THE WORK STATION

See Figures 2 - 4.
 Place the work station upside down on the ground.
 Unlock the rear lock knob by turning the knob counter-
clockwise.
 Slide the rear leg to the back of the work station releasing
it from the storage position.
 Lift the leg slightly then slide the leg toward the front of
the work station.
 Raise the leg and slide into place before tightening the
rear lock knob securely.
 Lift the foot pedal and pull toward the front of the work
station until it clicks into place.
 Raise the right front leg until it rests against the front of the
work station. Turn the front lock knob one half turn until
the round section of the knob tightens securely against
the housing.
 Raise the left front leg until it rests against the front of
the work station. Turn the front lock knob one half turn
until the round section of the knob tightens against the
housing.
NOTE: Several turns may be required during the initial
setup until the clamp tightens.
 Place the arm transport lock in the lock position to prevent
the sliding clamp from falling out.
 Turn the work station over placing it upright on the ground.
Recheck that all knobs are tightened and all legs are
locked firmly into place.
