2.2. Start the update
1.
Connect the USB memory to the HEOS Player's USB Port.
2.
Updating is started automatically.
3.
Player's status LED should be blinking amber during upgrading the firmware.

4.
One the upgrade is complete, the player reboots automatically.

Ready-Configured and connected to your network.

Be sure to rewrite the service region setting.
See "3. Service region settings update procedures".
--- Precautions for Updates ---
• Never remove the USB memory before the update is finished.
• Never turn off the power before an update is completed.
Once an update is started, normal operations cannot be performed until it is completed.
• When update is complete, the folder name on the USB flash drive changes to "heos_40.prod.update.done".
To use the files again, delete the ".done" part.
