    RULES FOR SAFE OPERATION Preventing accidents is the responsibility of every equipment operator. The following general safety precautions must be fully understood and followed by every operator. 1. Do not at any time carry passengers in this cart. It is designed for carrying materials only and not intended to carry passengers.
  • Page 3 . Turn the front angle assembly and bottom panel upside down as shown in figure 3. 4. Lay the two side angles on the bottom panel so that the two holes for the axle clamps are closer to the front angle assembly. See figure 3. 5. Secure both axle clamps to the side angles and the bottom panel using four M6 x 0 screws, lock washers and hex nuts. Make only finger tight until axle is assembled. See figure 3. AXLE CLAMP M6X30 SIDE SCREW ANGLE FIGURE 3 6. Secure both side angle assemblies to the bottom panel using four M6 x 25 screws, flat washers and hex nuts.
  • Page 4 9. Position a side panel againist a side angle, resting it down on top of the front panel. Place a support strap on the outside of the side angle and start a M6X0 screw through the second hole in the side panel, the side angle and the support strap. Secure with a flat washer and hex nut. Make only finger tight at this time. See figure 7. 10. Start a M6X0 screw through the top hole in the side panel, the front angle assembly and the support strap. Secure with a flat washer and hex nut. Make only finger tight at this time. See figure 7. 11. Repeat steps 9 and 10 for the other side panel. SECOND M6X30 HOLE SCREW SIDE PANEL HOLE Ф...
  • Page 5 16. Turn the cart upside down. Place the handle tube on the bottom of the cart as shown in figure 10. Place the four tube clamps over the handle tube, with the longer leg of each tube clamp to the outside. Secure the four tube clamps over the handle tube using eight M6X5 screws, eight flat washers and eight hex nuts. Make only finger tight until all eight screws are in place and then tighten securely. See figure 10. NOTE The length of the handle tube can be adjusted by sliding the tube in or out before tightening the four clamps. see figure 10.

    23. Slide the axle through the axle clamps. See figure 12. 4. Assemble a cotter pin to the inner hole at one end of the axle. Place a large flat washer, a wheel and then another large flat washer onto the axle. Secure the wheel with a cotter pin assembled to the outer hole at the end of the axle. Repeat step for other wheel. See figure 12. 5. Center the wheels and axle side to side. Tighten the four nuts on the axle clamps. AXLE COTTER LARGE FLAT WASHER WHEEL FIGURE 12 6. Turn cart right side up, so that it rests on its wheels. 7. Place front panel in guides to complete assembly. 8. Your cart is now ready to use. ENGLISH MAINTENANCE 1. Grease or oil wheel bearings occasionally. Use automotive wheel bearing type grease or 0 weight oil.

    REGLAS PARA UNA OPERACIÓN SEGURA La prevención de accidentes es responsabilidad de todo operador del equipo. Está diseñada para transportar materiales solamente y no pasajeros. . Tenga cuidado con las pendientes y manténgase alejado de las que son escarpadas.

    16. Suba y baje la carretilla. Coloque la manija en la parte inferior de la carretilla, según se muestra en la Figura 10. Coloque las cuatro abrazaderas sobre la manija, la pata más larga de cada abrazadera mirando hacia afuera. Asegure las cuatro abrazaderas sobre la manija utilizando ocho tornillos M6X5, ocho arandelas planas y ocho tuercas hexagonales. En este momento, sólo ajuste a mano hasta que los ocho tornillos estén ubicados y luego, ajuste con firmeza. Ver Figura 10. NOTA La longitud de la manija puede ajustarse haciendo deslizar el tubo hacia fuera o hacia adentro antes de ajustar las cuatro abrazaderas. Ver Figura 10. 17. Introduzca un tornillo M6X5 a través de la perforación que se encuentra en la parte posterior de cada panel lateral y de la perforación en que encuentra en la parte posterior de cada estructura angular lateral, asegure con arandelas planas de 6 mm de diám. y tuercas hexagonales M6.     CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ Il incombe à l’utilisateur d’éviter tout risque d’accident. Les consignes de sécurité suivantes doivent être comprises et respectées par chaque utilisateur. 1. Ne transportez jamais de passagers à bord de la remorque. Cette remorque a été conçue pour transporter divers matériaux mais n’est destinée à transporter des passagers. . Faites très attention lorsque vous roulez sur une pente quelconque (colline) et demeurez à l’écart de toute pente forte! . Faites preuve de précaution lorsque vous chargez la remorque afin d’éviter qu’elle ne se renverse. 4. Évitez de passer sur des grands trous ou des fossés lorsque vous transportez quelque chose dans la remorque.

    15. Placez la remorque par-terre de façon à ce que les panneaux latéraux se trouvent vers le haut, en position normale. Retirez le panneau avant en le glissant vers le haut puis retirez les quatre grandes rondelles que vous avez utilisées en tant que cales. Voir l’illustration 9. 16. Placez la remorque à l’envers. Placez la poignée tubulaire sur le fond de la remorque en vous reportant à l’illustration 10. Placez les quatre brides de fixation de la poignée tubulaire par-dessus la poignée tubulaire en vous assurant que la patte la plus longue de la bride se trouve vers l’extérieur. Fixez les quatre brides de fixation sur la poignée tubulaire en utilisant huit vis M6X5, huit rondelles plates et huit écrous hexagonaux. Serrez uniquement à la main jusqu’à ce que les huit vis soient toutes en place puis serrez fermement. Voir l’illustration REMARQUE Il est possible de régler la longueur de la poignée tubulaire en glissant le tube vers l’avant ou vers l’arrière avant de serrez les quatre brides de fixation.
