Select a paper type:

From Printer Settings, choose the Paper Setup tab.

From the Type area, select Banner.
Note: If you do not select Banner as the Type, your banner paper will cause a

Choose a banner size:

From Printer Settings, choose the Paper Setup tab.

From the Banner Size menu, choose A4 or Letter.

Select the orientation:
