LOW LEVEL PROBE INSTALLATION
Sensor Probe
Lower the Sensor Probe to bottom of tank and raise off the bottom to desired level. A minimum of
2 to 3 inches is suggested, this should allow for several days of safety margin. The sensor bulb is
approximately 1/4" from end of probe.
Note: Consult tank manufacturer for data on "Day of holding time per inch of liquid nitrogen
level".
When proper depth is determined gently bend the probe wires at the neck of the dewar.
