TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Possible cause
Not plugged in
The circuit breaker tripped or blown fuse.
Check to be sure the cold switch on the back is
on.
The water cooler does not have the correct
clearance.
Check to be sure the hot switch on the back is
on.
The room temperature is hotter than normal.
The water cooler does not have the correct
clearance.
Check to assure that the water cooler is level
The rating noise may come from flow of the
refrigerant, which is normal.
As each cycles ends, you may hear gurgling.
Sound cause by the flow of refrigerant in your
water cooler.
Contraction and expansion of inside walls may
cause popping and cracking noises.
The water cooler is not level.
It may be caused by dry burn. Unplug the power
cord and wait for more than 1 hour.Then plug in,
and fill the tank with the water, the hot tank may
work again.
