Cause/measure
● The batteries inside the microphone may be
dry-cell batteries or deteriorated rechargeable
batteries.
¨ Make sure that the proper type of batteries
¨
are inserted.
● Almost empty rechargeable batteries may be
incorrectly detected as dry-cell batteries.
¨ Remove the microphone from the charger
¨
and insert it back in multiple times until the
batteries are properly recognized.
● Are the batteries extremely hot?
¨ Check the battery temperature.
¨
● Have you inserted the rechargeable batteries?
¨ Make sure that you have inserted the
¨
rechargeable batteries.
● Are the batteries inserted according to the
correct polarities? (Positive
¨ Make sure that the batteries are inserted
¨
correctly.
● Are the batteries you are using deteriorated, for
example because of extensive use?
¨ Deteriorated battery may hold less charge,
¨
may be unable to power ON the microphone,
and cause other problems. Replace them
with new rechargeable batteries.
