Visual Display; Engine Will Not Start - Jacobsen Ransomes HM600 Quick Start Manual

ENGINE START
When the ignition key is turned to the start
position, this screen is shown.
If the parking brake is applied, the cutting
unit switch is in the OFF position and the foot
pedal is in the Neutral position and when the
operator is in the seat, the engine will start.
This screen shows the fuel bar graph on the
left side. The colour changes from green to
red as the fuel level decreases. The engine
temperature gauge is on the right side. The
colour changes from green to red as the
temperature increases.

ENGINE WILL NOT START

When the ignition key is turned to the start
position this screen is shown. If any of the
following flash.
• The parking brake is not applied.
• The cutter switch is not in the OFF
position.
• The foot pedal is not in the Neutral
position.
• The operator is not in the seat.
Note. The red LED's either side of the
display also flash.

QUICK START GUIDE

VISUAL DISPLAY

The engine will not start until all the items in
the list are correct.
WARNING SLOPE ANGLE 16°
0°
During work if the machine is driven on a
slope of 16º the screen will display this
warning.
This over rides all other information, and will
continue until the machine has been driven
to an area of less than 16º.
WARNING SLOPE ANGLE 19°
0°
If the slope angle reaches 19º the screen will
display this warning which indicates that the
cutter deck arms are locked in the lower
position. An audible
sounded, the warning will sound four times
every 4 seconds and the red LED's will flash
four times every 4 seconds. This will
continue until the machine has been driven
to an area of less than 19º.
