SHROUD REMOVAL
Disconnect electrical supply single phase neutral and earth (Heatless
Dryers).
Disconnect QRV soleniod coil (Heatless Dryers).
Remove top manifold guage connections.
Disconnect main control air connection from filter.
Disconnect control pipes from solenoid connections.
Disconnect hygrometer sample line from 3G filter. If fitted.
Remove hinge locating nuts.
The shroud assembly can now be lifted off the hinge assemblies.
Reassemble in reverse order.
FILTER CHANGE (Control Air & Dewpoint Sample Air)
Unscrew filter bowls
Unscrew filter elements
Reassemble in reverse order.
SOLENOID VALVE REPLACEMENT
Discconect solenoid coil.
Unscrew four retaining screws.
Remove the valve
Reassemble in reverse order.
TIMER REPLACEMENT HEATLESS
Disconnect electrical supply.
Remove four retaining screws from control box.
Allow panel to hinge left.
Unclip flying leads from timer unit.
Remove four screws from the timer card.
Remove timer card and insulating plate.
Unclip the black cirular retaining rings from the LEDs.
Remove LEDs from holder.
Remove timer.
Reassemble in reverse order.
