How do I relocate my printer? Occasionally, you may have to move your printer to a different location, either nearby or to a distant location. To avoid damage to your printer, we advise you to carefully follow the instructions below. -

If you are moving the printer to a distant location, follow the instructions for repacking the printer on page 12. Relocate the printer. Unpack and set up the printer in its new location. Reinstall the accessories you removed in step 3. -
Page 5: How Do I Care For Media
How do I change the waste toner box? Attention Before transporting the printer, remove the waste toner box and install a new, empty one (included in the magicolor 7300 Series Return Packaging Kit—part number 2600753-100). Make sure you have turned off the printer and unplugged the power supply cord and interface cable(s). - Page 6 Attention Contact toner_recycle@bpus.konicaminolta.us for recycling or disposal information. With a clean, dry cloth, lightly clean any toner spilled inside the printer. Place the new waste toner box on the front door with the arrow mark on the waste toner box aligned with the arrow mark on the inside of the front door.

How do I remove the duplex unit kit? If you don’t have a duplex unit kit installed, skip to the next section. Make sure you have turned off the printer and unplugged the power cord and interface cable(s). Pressing down the release levers (one on each side), remove the manual feed tray. - Page 8 Loosen the two shoulder screws within the cover. Close the duplex unit cover. Page 10: How Do I Remove The Optional Lower Feeder Unit(S)
The following illustrations assume that you have both Trays 3 and 4 attached. Trays 3 and 4 should stay attached together. Make sure you have turned off the printer and unplugged the power supply cord and interface cable(s). Preparing the Printer for Shipment... - Page 11 Tray 2 and the optional lower feeder unit(s). Unplug all power supply harnesses connected between the printer and each lower feeder unit. Keep all removed power supply harnesses in a safe place for later use. Remove the connector of the control harness that is connected to the printer.
- Page 12 Remove the connector of the control harness that is connected to the lower connector on the circuit board of the printer’s media feeder unit. Reinstall the rear cover of each lower feeder unit and the connector cover of the printer.

Return Packaging Kit (part number 2600753-100). For locations outside the Americas, refer to www.konicaminolta.net/printer/. If you have been instructed to return the printer to KONICA MINOLTA by a customer support representative in the Americas, be sure to write the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number you received on the outside of the printer carton before shipping the printer. - Page 15 Replace the waste toner box. (See “Repacking the Printer” on page 12.) Remove the old waste toner box. Lightly clean any toner spilled inside the printer with a clean, dry cloth. Install a new, empty waste toner box. Release the spring pressure on the two fuser separator rollers.
