8.3 Trobleshooting without display code
Problem
Washing machine fails
to operate.
Washing machine will
not be filled with water.
Machine is d raining
while being filled.
Drainage failure.
Strong vibration while
spinning.
Operation stops
before completing
wash cycle.
Operation stops for a
period of time.
Excessive foam floats
drum and/or detergent
drawer.

Cause
・ Programme is not yet started.
・
Door is not properly closed.
・
Machine has not been switched on.
・ Power failure.
・ Child lock is activated.
・
No water.
・
Inlet hose is kinked.
・
Inlet hose filter is blocked.
・ Water pressure is less than 0.03 MPa.
・
Door is not properly closed.
・
Water supply failure.
・
Height of drain hose is below 80 cm.
・
Drain hose end could reach into
water.
・
D rain hose is blocked.
・
Pump filter is blocked.
・ Drain hose end is higher than 100 cm
above floor level.
・ Not all transportation bolts have

Ensure the wa ter supply.

properly installed.

in water.

Unblock dr ain hose.
Clean pump filter.

perly installed.
・ Remove all transportation bolts.

Ensure solid ground and a levelled
position.

Check load weight and balance.

Check power and water supply.

Consider display codes.

Reduce or adjust load.
