Hopper Removal
HOPPER REMOVAL
See the Fast-Vac or Turbo-Pro Max Grass Collection
System manual included with the blower mount for
instructions on removing the blower from the mower
deck.
Remove the Hose from the Blower
Assembly
1. Using the two (2) rubber straps, disconnect the
hose from the blower (A, Figure 33).
Reposition the Latch Bar
1. Remove the threaded knob (A, Figure 34) from
the lower pin of the pin lock weldment (B).
2. Remove the pin lock plate (C)
3. Remove the hair pin from the storage tab (D).
4. Remove the latch bar (E) and spring (F) from the
pin lock weldment and reinstall on the storage tab.
6. Remove the pin lock weldment from the machine.
7. While an assistant holds the bagger in the upright
position, repeat this process for the other side of
the unit.
8. With both latch bars repositioned and pin lock
weldments removed, lower the hopper gently to
the ground.
