Trouble Shooting
Condition
The device does not start when
turning on the power switch.
The temperature does not rise.
The water does not come to boil.
In the case if the error other than listed above occurred, turn off the power switch and primary
power source immediately.

Power plug is not connected to the receptacle correctly.

Power failure.

The temperature adjusting knob is loosen.

The power voltage is too low.

Outside air temperature is low.

The device is affected by the endothermic quantity of the
